The problem

New shops and new markets lose money when the first one is copied without knowing which part of it made the money.

How we work on it

We model one site or market from the bottom up, test the options on paper and in small pilots, and only then commit to a lease or a warehouse.

Growth usually fails on details the owners stopped seeing years ago: who bakes, who ships, who answers the phone. A model of one site makes those details visible before money is spent on the second.

What we look at

The economics of one site or one market from the bottom up: rent, hours, volume, footfall, shipping, duty and returns. Then the two or three ways to enter, compared on paper.

What you get

A recommendation with the numbers behind it, a small pilot to test it, and a plan for the next three sites or markets if the pilot works.
