Eleven of us, in Edinburgh since 2012.

Isla Dunbar started Ferrow to work with the companies big firms rarely call back: family businesses of 50 to 800 people, with no strategy department and no time to build one.

Why we work this way

We charge a fixed fee for every piece of work, agreed in writing before we start. Our clients run on fixed budgets, and so do we.

The firm stays small on purpose. A partner leads every engagement and sits in every meeting that matters, from the first call to the handover.
